Friday Dell announced the long-rumored Dell Mini 3 Smartphone which will run Android. It will launch in China and Brazil. Detailed specifications and pricing were not revealed but the Mini 3 is expected to hit the China market later this month and before the end of the year in Brazil. The Mini 3 has no physical keyboard, which appears to be the trend in Android devices other than the Motorola Droid and Cliq (HTC Droid Eris, Sony Ericsson Xperia, etc.). The phone will run a specialized version of Android designed by China Mobile, “OPhone,” reports CNN. Like the Chinese version of the iPhone, the Mini 3 sold in China will not include Wifi.
