About an hour ago, RIM released Blackberry Media Sync 3.0 which now supports 2-way pictures syncs. The download is available directly from RIM here (10 mb). Early reviews were positive from both Boy Genius Report and Crackberry. Personally, I am sticking with WinAmp for syncing music and mIQ for syncing pictures (over-the-air, which Blackberry Media Sync 3.0 does not support).
