The popular BOLT Blackberry browser has been upgraded to version 1.6. It now offers socket connections for downloads which accelerates downloads over the prior version by up to 15%. Further, 1.6 can be set as the default browser on a Blackberry (by downloading a separate launcher app). It has all the great features in BOLT 1.5 that I recently wrote about.

Three ways to download: (1) Launch BOLT 1.5 on your Blackberry, if you have it installed, and you will be prompted to download 1.6. (2) Visit http://boltbrowser.com/download.html. (3) Load BBM 5.0 and scan the barcode below:
